Laurent CHANG

Laurent Chang is managing partner of the EuroPacific Management Co. Ltd. He joined the team in 2020.

He is also an operation partner of the Aymer Exchanges Ltd.  He works closely with Taiwanese universities to communicate with French partners for assuring the implements of cooperative programs and seeking further exchanges.

Mr. Chang was an officer in the Marine Corps of Taiwan for more than 20 years. He has been assigned as Procurement Officer to Washington DC in 2012-2015 to work with the US and international partners.

He graduated from Republic of China Military Academy with a bachelor degree in science, and has a master’s degree in information management from the Management College of National Defense University, Taiwan in 2012.  He also received the Certified Project Management Specialist qualification from the National Project Management Association and the Certified Purchasing Professional qualification from the Supply Management Institute.

Mr. Chang speaks Chinese, Taiwanese, English and French.

張原芃於2020年加入歐太管理顧問有限公司，目前擔任負責人。

他也是香港商艾敏交流公司的運營合夥人，與台灣大學緊密合作，與法國夥伴進行對話，以確保合作計劃的實施並尋求進一步的交流。

張先生曾在海軍陸戰隊任職20多年。他於2012-2015年被任命為華盛頓特區採購官，與美方和國際夥伴一起工作。

他畢業於中華民國陸軍官校，獲得理學學士學位，並於2012年獲得國防大學的資訊管理碩士學位。他還獲得了美國國家項目管理委員會認證的專案管理專家資格和供應管理協會的認證採購專業資格。

張先生使用中文，台語，英語和法語。
